Description: He usually wears his brown robe and has his scythe always slung over his shoulder, and carries scythes. He has brown hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Nalral's homeland. Nalral decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: She was born in the north. Caramip was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Caramip decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She invites people to come help in her community garden.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her childhood dream was to be a Spy, but she was a colossal failure. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion
