Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She became a Ruler soon after.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Stableman.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Purah was born with her father's beautiful face. She worked as a nervous Sculptor and found it very stressful. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His cinnamon fur is thinning but still full. His yellow eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Cartwright. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Serpent lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her red hair is matted, messy, and big. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kansif embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. She works hard and plays hard.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and to reunite with her old friends
