Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Halander studied abroad. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
