Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe, marred by teas. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Priest, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Priest and was forced into it by his family; and he is greedy

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: She wears an entirely pastel suit with red socks and a vest with buckled shoes, and she perpetually has her sword ready. She keeps her gray fur in a flapper bob. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: Shifting speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shifting grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shifting. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She was born in a small forest village. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and seeks redemption

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and money/treasure

History: She was born in the north. Nala was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Sculptor. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
