History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When Loopmottin reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Phann learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Spice Merchant, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
