Description: This tall, slender woman prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. She has slicked back chestnut hair. Her eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: Tawna wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Tawna was taken on many hunting expeditions. Tawna abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: She was born in the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is greedy

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Alice and her spouse have recently divorced.
