She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. Personality: Barbena hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Rogue school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Arannis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bowyer for the past few years.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and balancing her hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult
