Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Kite took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up spear and armor she uses now. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. The war was a terrible time for her, and Thea does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When Thea reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: Vondal wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Merla was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Merla took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up flail and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Merla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Gifted from a young age, Medrash studied abroad. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.
