History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gargax alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
