Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Althaea is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 89. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Sellsword mother left her crippled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is greedy

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: To be a Tailor again; and further expansion of business

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Faral was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Faral and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she seems to be bored by most things

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A freak accident while working with her Sculptor father left her crippled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to be a sculptor again

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
