History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has achieved small success as a Dilettante.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
