Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is black and curly. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ratlûg was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ratlûg decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Sellsword does, and is pretty ugly. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Reynard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sellsword work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sellsword work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sellsword responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: She was born in the south. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She comes from a rich western family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Carpenter profession.
History: Tippletoe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her brown fur, when down, is lengthy. Her green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cask is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
