History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has never given up on her writing dream.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Philomena and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Priest. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She got into the Dyer business at a young age. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nogu never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
