History: Makaria was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.

Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and she won custody of their son. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
