History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Aline was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Gynnie was born with her father's beautiful face. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Pearl was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Pearl's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Pearl was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
