History: Jo hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A freak accident while working with her Mortician father left her crippled. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jo was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and balancing her hectic life and new cook responsibilities is difficult

History: Cask was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel.
