History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She worked as a nervous Bounty Hunter and found it very stressful. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Priest arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
