History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Scrag was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
