She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

History: Criella hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west.
