History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: Damien lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Damien grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Damien.
