History: Born to a Weaver, his father struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Simon's homeland. Simon decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Through the years after Helja was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Helja's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
