History: Born in the north to a Tailor, Hadarai learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Hadarai took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bethrynna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Personality: Hupe hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He takes great joy in being the best Servant in town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has achieved small success as a Servant.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Being a Farmer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Unemployed, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
