History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after John was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. John's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vaina studied abroad. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills.
