History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Vaina reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: Roger speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Roger was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Scribe. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Bounty Hunter profession.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she's repulsed by the pc

History: He was born in the south. He worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and balancing his hectic life and new bellfounder responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born in a small forest village. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and her religion dominates her actions
