History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thervan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Thervan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mreksh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
