Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a fancy white suit. He sports a flattop hair cut. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born in the west. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Pikar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her blonde hair is well kept. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Bolhild lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by her family.

Description: She wears long strands of aquamarine and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'3" when asserting herself. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mercenary, and she later adopted a second son.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Erias alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her fur is cinnamon, silky, and of moderate length. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Sun was born the youngest of three triplets. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Susannah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Susannah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Sutha is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Sutha was born the youngest of three triplets. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
