Description: This late middle aged man wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available he will default to his glaive and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Stableman, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: He prefers to wear flannel, and he perpetually has his monstrous two handed axe ready. His hair is auburn and curly. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kelter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Travok fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is content.

Description: She wears a black shirt, with a yellow mid length skirt with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. She carries with her a set of ceremonial daggers, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has wavy dark red hair. Her silver unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pyra embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. After coming to the age of reason, Pyra took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. After a long history of fighting, Buvvie and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His black hair is thinning but still full. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

She has done her best to style her orange fur to look like a famous performer. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Aura alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and many goblins want her driven away

Description: This malnourished woman is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She wears a colorful flower in her chestnut hair. Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Elama's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: Elama was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by her family.

Outside of the suit she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her glaive with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her white fur is unkempt and raggedy. Her copper unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A freak accident while working with her Layabout father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
