Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of a Healer, who enjoyed hunting, Eldeth was taken on many hunting expeditions. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: She got into the Marshal business at a young age. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Chaedi embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She takes great joy in being the best Adventurer in town.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Navigator again; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born to a Unemployed, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but she was a colossal failure. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Shepherd, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a shepherd and was forced into it by her family

History: Born in the south to a Tailor, Rinn learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has worked as a Tailor like her mother before her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
