History: Emma hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Baker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Kriv lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bowyer.

History: Meena was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
