Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and he perpetually has his dagger ready. He sports a flattop fur cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Smoking was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When Smoking reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has auburn hair. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting giants, the young Hûra began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Locksmith and was forced into it by his family; and further expansion of business

His black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Melech was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He is greedy; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She keeps her brown hair in a pixie cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is a great chef.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
