History: Hadwisa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Erky was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Performer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Varis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Varis decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
