Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Ulfgar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and to clean up the streets

Description: He wears dull black sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed ceremonial dagger, just in case, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'6" when asserting himself. He wears his gold crest down. His fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is obsessed with his god.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her crest is white and curly. Her eyes are likewise red. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. She keeps her black crest in a pixie cut. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.
History: Aasathra was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it
