Description: A middle-aged woman, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. She keeps her long red fur kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for her, and Spear does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Spear was born the youngest of three triplets. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and regain custody of her son

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She takes great joy in being the best Bather in town.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Expand her business; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has achieved small success as a Actor.

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has wavy brown hair. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Azdûsh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Azdûsh took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 4'9". He dresses well, wearing yellow shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, and his gloved hand is found clutching a spear. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: She is fixated on the number 41. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: She is greedy; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sannl embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Sannl abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born into a rich family. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
