She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Katherine was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

History: Havilar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Jak and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She tends to her Barrister job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance.
