Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Morana was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Morana's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Pelaios lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Assassin they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sculptor, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Barendd grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

Description: This woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her blue hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Uzza has worked very hard to control her curse. During her travels, Uzza and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Uzza discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Uzza fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mason arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
