Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is renowned for his bright yellow suits and hats. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a yellow vest and prefers grey and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are green and beady.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a brown shirt with thin green vertical stripes and brown pants. His fur is short and brown. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Priest but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a Seamstress first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a body guard again

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kothûg embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Claira was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Claira's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Claira and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Silent was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Silent took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and grey handkerchief worn on his right side. His hair is silver and curly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Cimer alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants her loneliness to end
