History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Windy was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
