Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears dull green sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed bastard sword, just in case. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When Cimer reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears long strands of amber and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around her ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: Three was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Three was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he usually wears his tan robe and has his nunchaku always slung over his shoulder. His head has been shaved. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Broce does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Broce and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adelaide was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
