Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Fletcher profession.
History: Rangrim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
