History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and regain custody of his son

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
