Description: 5'8" and muscular, this northern woman wears a yellow vest and prefers brown and black shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Phann is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sariel embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Sariel and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Moon studied abroad. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
