She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Nora was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he likes to wear yellow tank tops with pastel pants. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Hadarai was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her yellow eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and many illithids want her driven away

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Margery was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: An older woman who wears black painted combat armor at almost all times, she is not a threatening figure. Her white hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her ears are large.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. The war was a terrible time for her, and Verin does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Verin reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: An older man who wears baggy white pantaloons and a blue scarf, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed white hat.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Through the years after Thorpe was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Thorpe's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shepherd. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Roofer responsibilities is difficult; and he wants to get laid

When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has achieved small success as a Miner.

History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Therai abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
