History: Kathra was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Sumnes hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Baern reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a Body Guard soon after.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Through the years after Dariff was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dariff's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Dariff and her spouse have recently divorced.
