He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Layabout who has hired him part-time. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside.
