History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kriv was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. History: She was born into a rich family. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Herbalist, and she later adopted a second son.
