Personality: She is fixated on the number 89. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Ermina never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: She was born in the west. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to orcs.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Ea was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Wymar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
