Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Korinn was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His tied-back hair is white. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 98. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Engraver, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He is physically well-built. His black hair is knotted and matted. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He found a children's book about a Gnome Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and money/treasure

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'10" when asserting himself. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. His green eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Performer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He got into the Performer business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
