Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Alain was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She takes great joy in being the best Tanner in town.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Ownka was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Tanner. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Gunter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gunter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Dalaba was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the north

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Mortician, but he got bored and became a Fisher. After a long history of fighting, Tomi and his spouse have recently divorced.
