History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
