History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Roofer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: She got into the Painter business at a young age. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Painter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Merla will drive conversation. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was born in the east. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Simon isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Simon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Simon. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: She was born into a rich family. A gifted student she started as a Herbalist, but she got bored and became a Miller. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born in the west. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Murgen and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Dee was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
